The regulator recommends to include a\u00a0special condition in telecom\u00a0licences\u00a0to be compliant\u00a0with\u00a0ICNIRP guidelines. This\u00a0special condition will apply to all devices and equipments, which can\u00a0transmit at powers above 10 Watts. The condition will certainly\u00a0have in impact on licences of mobile operators, TV and radio broadcasters as well as of many microwave links suppliers.
